Google has decided to enrich Search Console with new content that will allow site owners even better insight into how their content is being received by the audience. It’s Search Console Insights , whose beta version has just been released. Unfortunately, this tool is currently limited to only those roots that Google has included in testing.
What is Search Console Insights?
As Google says: ” Search Console Insights is a new experience tailored for content creators and publishers that can help them understand how audiences are discovering content on their site and what is receiving the best response from their audience. This new experience is powered by data from Search Console -e from Google Analytics “.

The new option in Search Console should give users much better insight into how they can improve the content on their site and how to best adapt it to the needs of their target audience. This data can help site owners make better informed decisions when it comes to improving content.
What is the benefit of Search Console Insights?
What this new feature will bring to Google Search Console is the ability to more precisely answer questions such as which site content is performing best, what results are new site content performing, and through which channels are people discovering your new content? Also, Search Console Insights provides answers to what are the top and most popular queries that lead to the site, but also what other sites and articles are linking to content from your site.

This option is currently in the testing phase, and all site owners involved in using the beta version have already been notified. They were notified by email and invited to access the beta version of this tool. Google says it hopes to open the beta test to even more users in the future, as well as expand the number of sites each user can add to Search Console Insights.
Particularly interesting can be the part of the insight about the traffic achieved through social networks. This segment can be very useful in evaluating the success of your social networks in your overall online presence strategy.

The beta version will help users provide feedback on the new product, and we hope that Search Console Insights will soon become a standard part of the offering.
