One-time IT support – In situations where a technical issue needs to be resolved quickly, we provide one-time IT support for companies. This service is intended for businesses that do not have an internal IT department or require additional expert assistance to resolve specific issues related to computers, networks, software, or access to business systems. Our team can quickly identify the problem, propose the optimal solution, and restore your systems to normal operation as efficiently as possible. One-time IT support is an effective solution without long-term commitments when you need a fast and professional intervention.

Managed IT maintenance – For companies that require continuous technical support and long-term IT system stability, we offer a managed IT maintenance model. This approach includes ongoing management and maintenance of your IT infrastructure with the goal of identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact business operations. Through regular monitoring, system optimization, and technical support for employees, we ensure that your IT environment remains stable, secure, and efficient. The cost of managed IT maintenance depends on several factors, primarily the size of the IT infrastructure, the number of computers and servers, the complexity of the network and systems, as well as the use of cloud services, VPN networks, and remote access solutions.

You’ve bought a new phone or computer, or reset your old one, and now you can’t get your business email to work. Sometimes it’s just a locked account, sometimes an expired password, and sometimes everything looks fine — but the system simply doesn’t “recognize” you. This can be especially stressful when you urgently need to send a report or access your company systems through Microsoft 365 or other business software.

The installation fails, the system reports an error, or everything seems fine but the app doesn’t work properly. For people working from home, this means work delays and wasted time.

The computer takes forever to start, everything lags, you open a file and it freezes, click an icon — nothing happens. The fan sounds like a hair dryer, and sometimes the screen just goes black, leaving you staring at it and hoping for a miracle. That can be incredibly frustrating, especially when you just need to finish something “in five minutes.” The cause could be outdated hardware, too many programs starting automatically, a stuck update, or simply a computer that’s “tired.” Sometimes a proper service and a bit of “cleaning” is enough, and other times the memory, disk, or cooling system needs to be checked — because when a computer runs slowly, it usually means something inside needs attention.

Sometimes it happens — the computer simply shows no signs of life. You turn it on, but the screen stays black, the fan may be running, or network equipment stops responding. In some cases, the company network goes down, a router overheats, or a server refuses to start. These are situations where remote access doesn’t help — someone needs to physically come on site and fix the issue.
